Mayor and Council meet as Council on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. They meet again as Committee of the Whole on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays. Dates and times may change so please view the Council Calendar.  Agendas are available on the Friday prior to the meeting date. The minutes of all Council and Committee of the Whole meetings are made public once they have been adopted.  This occurs at the subsequent Council meeting which would be on the 1st or 3rd Wednesday of each month.

How to Find an Agenda Item The first pages of an agenda indicate the page numbers for each item to be dealt with at a Council meeting.  Minutes of the previous meeting are always on Council agendas.  Minutes of sub-committees, standing committees and advisory committees are included in the Committee of the Whole agendas.

How to Find a Resolution The minutes are formatted to follow the agenda and resolutions are numerically sequential indicating the month and year.  Committee of the Whole meetings develop recommendations to Council so that when the Committee of the Whole Minutes are on the Council Agenda the Recommendations are then re-numbered to become a Council Resolution.
